Connect SalesRaga to Claude & ChatGPT

Add SalesRaga to your AI assistant and manage your CRM in plain language — look up deals, log activity and update records without leaving the chat. Connecting takes a click and one approval.

What you can do

Once connected, your assistant can work with your CRM on your behalf.

Find and read

Ask questions about your CRM in plain language.

  • Search across companies, contacts, deals, products, tasks, notes and files.
  • Pull up any single record and its full history and comments.
  • Get counts, totals and breakdowns — like deals per stage or the value of your open pipeline.

Create and update

Keep your CRM current without leaving the chat.

  • Add and edit companies, contacts, deals and products, and create tasks.
  • Add notes to a record, and mention teammates so they're notified.
  • Add products to a deal to build up its value.

Actions that ask first

Assistants like Claude ask you to confirm before anything with lasting effect.

  • Archiving a record, moving a deal to another stage, or removing a product from a deal is flagged so your assistant asks you first.
  • Editing an existing task is flagged so your assistant asks you first.
  • Everything happens as you — the connector can only see and change what your own account can.

Before you start

  • A SalesRaga account you can sign in to.
  • Nothing to install — you connect from inside Claude or ChatGPT.

Connect it

SalesRaga appears in the Claude and ChatGPT connector directories — add it in a click and approve once.

In Claude

  1. 1.In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and browse the connector directory.
  2. 2.Find SalesRaga and click Connect.
  3. 3.You're taken to SalesRaga's approval screen — sign in if you aren't already.
  4. 4.Review what you're approving, then click Allow.
  5. 5.You're returned to Claude, connected and ready to use.

In ChatGPT

  1. 1.In ChatGPT, open the apps & connectors directory.
  2. 2.Find SalesRaga and click Add.
  3. 3.Approve the SalesRaga consent screen — sign in if you aren't already.
  4. 4.You're returned to ChatGPT, connected and ready to use.

You can add SalesRaga as a custom connector in any assistant that supports one. Paste this server address when asked:

What you're approving

After you click Connect, SalesRaga shows its own approval screen before anything is shared:

  • The app you're connecting — for example Claude or ChatGPT — is named at the top, so you always know who is asking.
  • It connects as you: your name and organisation are shown.
  • Once you allow it, it can read and change everything your SalesRaga account can — and nothing it can't.
  • Only continue if you started this yourself. You can click Cancel any time.

Privacy & security

  • The connector only ever reaches data your own account can access — it can't widen your permissions.
  • Every action runs as you and is attributed to you, exactly as if you'd done it in the app.

Questions

Do I need to install anything?
No. You add SalesRaga from inside Claude or ChatGPT — there's no download or extension.
Can it see my teammates' data?
No. The connector works strictly within your own account's access — exactly what you'd see signed in to SalesRaga yourself.
How do I disconnect it?
Remove SalesRaga from the connectors settings in Claude or ChatGPT at any time — it stops working there immediately. To fully revoke access on the SalesRaga side, contact our support team.
